4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend without notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
Programmes and Consultations
Due to the personalised nature of consultations and structured nutrition programmes, including Metabolic Balance and FoodFit programmes, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
If you change your mind after purchasing a consultation, programme, or package, refunds are not provided.
Where payment plans are offered, agreed payments remain payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.
