Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis are powerful tools for rewiring subconscious patterns. They work directly with the part of your brain that drives automatic behaviours like stress-eating, self-sabotage, and emotional reactivity.
What this looks like in practice:
NLP helps you identify and shift the thought patterns, beliefs, and triggers that keep you stuck. Instead of relying on willpower, you learn to change the way your mind responds to stress.
Hypnosis creates a deeply relaxed state where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive change. This is where new patterns can be installed, replacing old habits that no longer serve you.

Iridology: Seeing the Signs of Stress
Through iridology, I can observe physical markers of chronic stress in the iris. “Stress rings” (also known as nerve rings) appear as circular patterns and indicate long-term nervous system strain and possibly magnesium depletion.
This assessment provides validation. It confirms what you’ve been feeling and helps us understand how deeply your nervous system has been affected.
